The “Decision Jeton®” (DJ) is a simple, yet effective and fun tool to assist you in making decisions and strengthening your intuition.
Here's how to use it
- Pose the question you seek an answer to.
- Flip the DJ into the air or spin it on the table.
- Observe which side lands facing up (the option to pursue).
- Reflect on your feelings about the outcome. Are you relieved (then go for it), disappointed (you might want to go for the other option), or indifferent?
- Think about where your decision might lead you, and enjoy the process!
